摘要
详细研究保持架材料与油脂的兼容性、生产工艺与成品物理机械性能的关系。通过测定不同配合体系保持架的性能,可知橡胶弹性体改性后的保持架的韧性大幅度提高。研究还发现模具成型温度、后处理种类、时间及温度对保持架的性能有较大的影响。研制的工程塑料保持架成品经过台架试验和120km·h-1高速重载货车的实际运行考核,使用效果良好,即使在无油状态下也能够维持列车轴承正常运转相当长时间,可有效防止热轴、切轴事故的发生。
Compatibility between cage materials and oil, relations between manufacture process and the physical and mechanical performances of products are investigated in detail. According to performance testing of plastic cage made from different compound system, toughness of plastic cages can be greatly increased by rubber elastomer. Molding temperature, the technique, time and temperature of post-treatment have great influence on the performance of plastic cage. The developed engineering plastics cages perform well on simulation test and 120 km·h-1 high-speed practical operation examination under heavy load. The plastic cages can keep train bearings run well for a long time even without lubrication oil, thus prevent emergence of hot axle or cut axle.
