摘要
为了深入了解KMnO4、Na3PO4、CuSO4、H2O2和Na2SeO3等常用浸种试剂对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,我们采用 不同浓度梯度的上述试剂对黄瓜种子进行浸种,分析了种子发芽势、发芽率及幼苗株高、茎粗、茎叶鲜(干)重和根鲜(干) 重等指标。结果表明:0.05%~0.1%KMnO4、1%Na3PO4、0.05%~0.1%CuSO4和0.005%~0.01%Na2SeO3试剂浸种 处理提高了黄瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率,其中作用较明显的是0.05%~0.1%KMnO4处理,发芽势提高了18.89%~ 31.11%,与对照相比达到了差异显著水平(n=3,p<0.05);不同试剂浸种处理促进了黄瓜幼苗的生长发育,提高了幼苗 质量,其作用大小为:Na3PO4>KMnO4>CuSO4>Na2SeO3>H2O2。
Effects of seed soaking with different reagents on germination and seedling growth of cucumber were studied, we investigated germination vigor and germination rate of cucumber seeds and stem length、stem diameter、fresh(dry)weight of cucumber seedlings, the results showed that seed soaking with 0.05%-0.1% KMnO 4、1%Na 3PO 4、0.05%-0.1%CuSO 4 and 0.005%-0.01%Na 2SeO 3 promoted germination vigor and germination rate of cucumber seeds. It's 0.05%-0.1%KMnO 4 treatment that had a better effect, increased germination vigor was increased by 18.89%-31.11%, there was significant difference between control and them(n=3,p<0.05); seed soaking with different reagents promoted growth and development of cucumber seedlings, improved seedling quality, the sequence of reagent effect was Na 3PO 4 >KMnO 4>CuSO 4>Na 2SeO 3>H 2O 2.
