Modern designing methods for numeric controlled machine tools based on virtual prototype technology

摘要 讨论了基于虚拟样机技术的数控机床设计流程,分析了以三维实体建模软件 PRO/E、机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS、大型有限元分析软件ANSYS和控制仿真软件 MATLAB/SIMULIINK为核心的数控机床虚拟样机实现的集成软件平台,以数控钻铣床为例,将虚拟样机技术应用于机床的设计开发,对开创数控机床工程设计新方法具有重要的意义。 The designing procedure of numeric controlled machine tools based on virtual prototype technology was discussed. The integrated software platform of virtual prototype of numeric controlled machine tool, which takes the 3D entity modeling software PRO/E, mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS, large scaled finite element analysis software ANSYS and controlled simulation software MATLAB/SIMULINK as cores, has been analyzed. Taking the numeric controlled drill-milling machine as an example let the virtual prototype technology be applied to the designing development of machine tool will make important significance upon the initiation of engineering design new method of numeric controlled machine tool.
