快速热裂解半焦作为粉煤锅炉及气化燃料的研究

摘要 用微分固定床反应器研究了云南先锋褐煤快速热裂解半焦和原煤的氧化和水蒸汽气化反应动力学,获得了动力学参数,并对动力学规律进行了讨论。还采用TG技术和自行设计的颗粒下落管式燃烧炉进一步探索了这种半焦作为粉煤锅炉燃料的可行性。 The kinetics of oxidation and steam gasification of the fast pyrolysis char from Yunnan Xianfeng lignite was studied with differential fixed-bed reactor. Some kinetic characteristics were discussed. Datong bituminous coal and Taiyuan Xishan lean coal were adopted as references coals in the experiments. The activation energies and reaction orders of oxidation lie in the range of 123-143kJ/mol and 0.64-1.16, respectively, under the conditions of 440-595℃ and 5-20 kPa oxygen partial pressure.Furthermore, TG technique and a drop dube combustor were used to explore the possibility of using the char as fuel in the pulverized fuel furnace. It was shown that, in comparison with the two reference coals which have gererally been used as fuel in the pulverized fuel furnace, the char was not only more reactive and burnt out more quickly, but also ignited at lower temperature and released more heat during its combustion. The char is recommended as a promising fuel for pulverized fuel furnace.
