摘要
作为军队护理人员工作应激研究系列之一,作者采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表,对西南地区 1153名军队护理人员就工作应激的情绪反应进行了调查,结果显示:军队护理人员的焦虑、抑郁评分高于我国常模,且抑郁症状检出率高于正常人群检出率。军队护理人员中易出现焦虑、抑郁状态的人群特征是 25~34岁、6~15年护龄、职称为护师、职务为护士、情绪不稳定型、A型行为的护士。护理管理人员要高度重视护士的心理健康,积极思考研究,减轻和消除工作应激对护理人员造成的影响,帮助护士提高顺应和应付能力,确保护理工作圆满完成。
An investigation was made on emotional reactions of 1153 army nurses in Southwest China to work stress by self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale. The results showed that the level of anxiety and depression was higher in these army nurses, especially those aged 25 to 34,with nursing experience of 6 to 15 years, with the title of chief nurse, with emotional liability, or of A-type behaviour. Therefore, nursing management should pay great attention to the mental health of nurses, take active measures to eliminate the effect of work stress on nurses, and raise their ability to deal with work stress so as to accomplish their nursing.work successfully.
