摘要
目的测定正常成年近交系小鼠 IRM-2的一些血液学和血清生物化学参数。方法用自动光电血球计数仪测定分析了IRM-2小鼠的血细胞成分及相关参数;用半自动生化分析仪测定了血清常用的13项生化指标;并进行了常规法骨髓细胞的分类。结果雌、雄小鼠各10只,平均生化指标及活度分别为:ALT:39.1U/L和44.1U/L.AST:128.2 U/L和113.0 U/L,ALP:117.7 U/L和76.5U/L,GLU:4.2 mmo1/L和4.7 mmo1/L, TG:0.79 mmo1/L和 0.73 mmo1/L, CHO:2.9 mmo1/L和 3.5 mmo1/L, TP:29.4 g/L和 28.1g/L, ALB:21.2 g/L和 18.9 g/L, BUN:5.29 mmo1/L和 5.0 mmo1/L, CRE:S2.1μmo1/L和51.0μ mo1/1,Ca:6.8mg/d1和7.0mg/d1, P:7.4mg/d1和7.7mg/d1,TBIL:38 μmo1/L和 38 μ mo1/L。外周血检测为RBC:9.5 × 1012/L和9.1× 1012/L, WBC:10.3 × 109/L和 9.5 × 109/L。
Objective The aim of this study is to obtain some parameters of hematology and biochemistry in inbred strain mouse IRM-2. Methods 13 serum biochemistry parameters were measured using semi-auto chemistry analyzer (Vialad micro-95, Holland). The peripheral blood cell count and leucocyte differential count were analyzed by electrophotocounter for blood cell (MEK-5l08, Japan). The myelogram was examined on regular method. Results The average contents and activities of 13 biochemistry parameters from 10 female mice and 10 male mice were respectively as follows: ALT 39.1 U/L and 44.l U/L, AST 128.2 U/L and 113.0 U/L, ALP 117.7 U/L and 76.5U/L, GLU 4.2 mmol/L and 4.7 mmol/L, TG 0.79 mmol/L and 0.73 mmol/L, CHO 2.9 mmol/L and 3.5 mmol/L, TP 29.4 g/L and 28.1 g/L, ALB 21.2 g/L and 18.9 g/L,BUN 5.29 mmol/L and 5.0 mmol/L, CRE 52. 1 mol/L and 51 u mol/L, Ca 6.8 mg/dl and 7.0 mg/dl, P 7.4 mg/dl and7.7 mg/dl, TBIL 38 μmol/L and 38 μmol/L. Examination of peripheral blood cells revealed:f RBC 9.5 x 1012/L and 9.1 x 1012/L, WBC 10.3 x 109/L and 9.5 x 109/L, PLT 485 x 109/L and 604 x 109/L. Leucocyte differential count: 21 .2% and 31 .7% neutrophilic granulocytes (including both band-form and segmented), 78.7% and 68.2% lymphocytes for female and male respectively. Bone marrow differential count showed 45% granulocyte system and 22% erythrocyte system. Conclusion The parameters of hematology and biochemistry in inbred mouse IRM-2 are relatively stable, and the IRM-2 mouse as aniamal models of radio biology and radiotherapy would be available.
