摘要
确立 8 0岁以上老年人甲状腺功能正常参考值。方法 健康老人 81名 ,分为A组 80～ 89岁高龄老人 5 2名 ,B组 6 0～ 6 9岁老人 2 9名。测定各组血清中三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (TT3)、血清总甲状腺素 (TT4)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (FT3)及促甲状腺激素 (TSH)的含量。结果和结论 80岁以上老年人血TT3 为1.2 2～ 2 .5 2nmol L ,TT4为 5 9.31～ 15 2 .49nmol L ,FT4为 11.11～ 2 2 .5 1pmol L ,FT3 为 3 .2 8～ 5 .75pmol L ;80岁以上老年男性TSH为 0 .8～ 4.2mU L ,女性TSH为 0 .7～ 6 .1mU L。
Objective To establish the normal reference values of thyroid functia in elderly peoples of eighties.Methods According to the criterian for healthy elderly people set by the Geriatrics Branch of Chinese Medical Association,81 healthy volunteers(group A,52 cases of 80～90 years,and group B as control,29 cases of 60～69 years),were examined for TT 3,TT 4,FT 3,FT 4 and TSH in serum.Results and conclusion The normal reference values of blood TT 3 was 1.2～2.52 nmol/L,TT 4 59.31～152.49 nmol/L,FT 4 11.11～22.51 pmol/L and FT 3 3.28～5.75 pmol/L in the group A.blood TSH was 0.8～4.2 mU/L in males and 0.7～6.1 mU/L in females of group A.
