要办好学报 ,提高质量 ,多出精品 ,就需要扎扎实实抓好策划、约稿、登稿、读稿、选稿、审稿、编稿、校对、印刷和发行十个环节 ,并在各环节中 ,注重实效、实用和创新。
In order to do the work of journal better, to improve the quality, and to increase fine works, we should do the work in a down-to-earth way, it includes ten parts: planning, arranging, publishing, reading, selecting, editing, revising, proofing, printing and distributing. Furthermore, we must do the whole work effectively, practically and creatively.
