摘要 本文首次报道了普通小麦(TriticumaesticumL。)中期染色体清晰的G-带核型.讨论了普通小麦G-带的特征、G-带的应用和G-显带技术等问题. Clear G-banded karyotype of metaphase chromosome in Triticum aestivum L,was reported for the first time. The G-bands were colsely adjacent, multiple and distributed all along the chrornosorqe length including both sides of centromere and secondary constrictions as well as terminal regions of each chromosome, All the chromosomes had rich bands and these bands were thin, of the similar size, and distributed evenly. The total numbers of band in a haploid chromosome set, A genome, B genome and D genome were 273, 89, 107 and 77 respectively. The numbers, position of distribution and staining degree of G-bands between homologus chromosomes were basically identical while nonhomologus chromosomes were dissimilar in Gbanding patterns. So chromosome pairing for karyotype could be carried out more accurately and nonhomologous chromosomes could be identified easily. The characteristics of G-band, the application of G - banding and the G-banding technique in T. aesticum were discussed.
