摘要
目的 研究复方雷公藤涂膜剂中阿魏酸的体外透皮吸收特性,为阐明复方雷公藤涂膜剂的作用机制提供实验依据。方法 采用静态扩散装置,用HPLC测定扩散池中不同时间阿魏酸的含量,计算其渗透系数和累积透皮吸收百分率。结果 阿魏酸的渗透系数为0.25·h-1,7h内阿魏酸的累积透皮吸收百分率为15.4%。结论 雷公藤涂膜剂中阿魏酸的透皮吸收符合Fick扩散定律,其渗透系数为0.25·h-1;提示阿魏酸可从雷公藤涂膜剂中溶解出来并透过皮肤发挥作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the mechanism of the Compound Common Threewingnut ( Tripterygium wil-fordii) Liniment (CCTL), and to study the characteristics of transdermal absorption of Ferulic acid (FA) in the CCTL. METHODS Using HPLC to determine the FA in the static diffusion cell device at defferent time, we calculated the transdermal permeability coefficient (PC) and the accumulative percutaneous absorption rate (APAR) of the FA . RESULTS The PC of the FA was 0.25cm/h and its APAR was 15.4% within 7 h. CONCLUSIONS The transdermal absorption of FA in the CCTL follows property Flick's diffusion equation and its PC is 0.25cm/h. FA, one of the contents of the CCTC, can be absorbed from the skin, which is one of the mechanisms of CCTC treating rheumatoid arthritis.
