摘要
目的 研究吴茱萸的活性成分。方法 用硅胶色谱技术和重结晶等方法分离化学成分,用IR、NMR和MS 等波谱方法确定其结构。结果 获得4个化合物,分别鉴定为吴茱萸碱(Ⅰ)、吴茱萸次碱(Ⅱ)、吴茱萸内酯 (Ⅲ)和羟基吴茱萸碱(Ⅳ)。结论
OBJECTIVE To determine the active constituents of Evodia rutaecarpa Bentham Rutaceae. METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel chromatography and recrystallization. Their structures were made clear by on the evidence of spectroscopy. RESULTS Four compounds were isolated from the plant and the structures of three compounds were determined as Evodiamine ( I ), Rutaecarpine (II), Evodine ( III ) and Hydroxyevodiamine (IV). CONCLUSIONS The spectroscopy data of Evodiamine and Rutaecarpine are determined for the first time.
