摘要
中国足球职业联赛存在的问题反映了中国法治建设过程中最有代表性的问题 ,即 ,法律不具有权威性 ,行规行法高于法律 ;法治所必须的权利基础比较薄弱 ,缺乏强有力的呵护自身利益的市场主体 ;法治所必须的制度性的权力制约机制不完善 ,过于依赖群众监督和舆论监督。这三个问题也是限制当前中国法治建设步伐的关键性因素。一个良好的社会秩序只能靠法制。制度与法律才是社会发展的根本保障。
The Problems existing in the Chinese Football League reflect three representative problems in the construction of rule of law in China: the rules of profession is superior of laws, the rights bases of rule of law are weak and rule of law is much dependent on the media supervision. These problems are the key factors restricting the progress of the current construction of rule of law in China. A good social order can only be guarded by rule of law. The systems and law are the fundamental guaranty of social development.
