摘要
用溶胶-凝胶合成纳米TiO2光催化剂,并在其悬浮体系中对甲醛进行光催化降解实验,考察了溶胶-凝胶法中酸量、乙醇量和热处理温度等对甲醛降解活性的影响.结果表明,溶胶-凝胶法制备的TiO2具有很好的光催化降解甲醛活性,最佳的制备条件是钛酸丁醋∶乙醇∶盐酸∶水=20ml∶80ml∶3.5ml∶10ml,煅烧温度550℃.
TiO_2 has been prepared by the sol-gel method.And,in its aqueous suspension system,experiments on photocatalytic degradation of HCHO are carried out.The effects of preparation conditions of sol-gel,such as the amount of acid,that of alcohol and the calcination temperature,on the yield of formaldehyde degradation are studied.Results show that TiO_2 prepared by sol-gel has excellent photocatalytic degradation activity for formaldehyde,and the best preparation conditions are proved to be Ti(OC_4H^n_9)_4∶alcohol∶HCl∶H_2O=20ml∶80ml∶3.5ml∶10ml.
