摘要
成熟的橡胶种子,在离体后的16天中,出现胚和外胚乳含水量和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性的迅速下降,而丙二醛(MDA)、电导率、外漏还原糖和氨基酸迅速增加,导致种子生命力和发芽率下降。在橡胶种子含水量下降的同时,出现脯氨酸含量上升。离体种子立即泡水5天,晾干,加少量活性炭,放在穿孔塑料袋中,封口后置于室温或低温下保存,可有效提高含水量,防止水份丧失,使种子内的SOD、MDA、电导率、外漏物质不致于大幅度上升或下降,保持种子内部物质代谢的平衡和较高的生命力和发芽力。
Sixteen days after mature Hevea seeds Shed from the trees, the water content in their embryoes and perisperms and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased drastically On the other hand, malonaldehyde(MDA), electro-conductivity and the leakage of reducing sugar and amino acids increased rapidly. Consequently the vitality and germinating power of the seeds declined. The decrease in water content of rubber seeds was usually accompanied by an increase in proline content. Newly shed seeds were collected and immersed in water for 5 days before being dried in air and stored with a small amount of activated carbon in a perforated plastic bag which was sealed up and kept under low or room temperature. Such treatment could prevent the loss of water and obviously increase water content of the seeds. Therefore, SOD, MDA, electro-conductivity and leakage substances would not increase or decrease drastically. Thus internal substance metabolism in the seeds was balanced and their vitality and germinating power remained higher.
