摘要
解决细胞识别、细胞通讯、细胞代谢的调控、细胞增殖与细胞周期、细胞与抗病以及细胞对外界信号进行的持续反应维持等重大理论与实际问题。文中着重介绍了作为胞内信使的钙离子及其循环的重要意义、作为Ca^(2+)受体的胞内蛋白CaM的广泛性。作者认为CaM在细胞代谢调控中处于中心位置,对Ca^(2+)及其循环、第二信使系统CAMP和肌醇磷脂,甚致CGMP均有调节、协调作用;是调控细胞代谢的综合剂。
The paper gave a systematic review on the research Survey of Calcium and Calmodulin. in the paper, by lenses. One can first study the lens and then proceed to study images formed by an interface, this is the reverse of what mast textbooks do. This analysis is simpi and suitable foi teaching the authors laid stress on the multifunctions of Calcium and Calmodulin,the importance of Calcium ion- cycling across plasma membranes, the relationship of Calmodulin and intracellulat messengers(including CAMP,phosphatidyiinositols,Calcium ions),the molecular basis of auto -regulating the balance of Calcium ion concentraion in cells by controlling the activity,the efficiency,and the sensibiligy to calcium ions of membrane-associated Calcium pumps. The writers concluded that:l)The combination of Calcium ions with Calmodulin is a prerequisite of Calmodulins carrying out their functions,-2)The Calmodulin as calcium receptors has extensive functions,which are involved in almost all physiological and biochemical processes of living organisms such as cell recognition^ cell communications, cell propagation and cell cycle ceil regulation of metablism,cellular sustained esponses to outside signals anddd neurotransmitters synthesizing and seceting etc.; (3)Caimoduiins play a central role in regulating cellular metabolism and functions, by which CAlmodulins can mediate the message of calcium ions and regulate many kids of metabolic regulators, for instance, hormones (i. e. animal hormones and phytohormones),. the second messengei sysytems and so on. Yhus, Calmodulins are the copmprehensive regulator of cell metabolism and cellular total responses; (4)With the ovpplications of new physical-chemical, analytical instruments, the prospect of this research area is widespread.
