摘要
本文从三个层面分析了上海对外直接投资的动力机制 ,指出了上海企业对外投资的必然性。通过对涉足对外投资产业的研究 ,发现上海对外投资的产业大多已经在国内发育成熟 ,对外投资产业遵循由低向高逐步演替的规律。企业对投资区位的选择大多是由近及远 ,集中于东南亚等地。
The paper analyses the modes conditions of the FDI in Shanghai from the macro,medium,micro gradations and studies the development rule of industry to FDI in Shanghai. The main industries of FDI,are replaced by the higher level industries. The invest location of multinational companies of Shanghai is focused on the Southeast Asia,North America and South Africa. Finally we hope the government give some supports to promote the FDI of Shanghai.
