摘要
本文介绍了在多孔性薄膜的两侧,由于电解质溶液(盐——水系统)浓度的不同,将会产生周期性振荡的实验现象。这种振荡的产生不仅与薄膜的性质有关,还依赖于薄膜的面积和孔隙的个数,根据实验中的振荡规律研究,文中对细胞膜的特殊功能以及电解质的种类和组成对细胞的生存和活动的影响,进行了定性地探讨,并指出这一实验的研究具有十分重要的生理功能作用。
It is found that periodic oscillation happens when Concentration of elecstrolyte solution on the two sides of film are different. This kind of oscillation is not only related to the property of the film, but also related to the number of small opening and the surface area of the film. By analysing the characteristic of the oscillation,the function of cell membrane was disensed,and also the affection of the electrolytes kind and its component to the cells living and activity was discussed qualitatively. This research will be very useful to understand the physiology function of the cell membranes.
