摘要
热敏电阻的导电性随着温度而变化,其数学模型是电位和温度U耦合的非线性方程组。电量守恒方程中,导电率σ(U)是温度U的函数,能量守恒方程中,以电流产生的焦耳热σ(u)|▽φ|~2作为热源。我们考虑了稳态热敏电阻问题的有限元分析。
The thermistor problem is modelled as a couplecl system of nonlinear PDE'S with respect to the electrical potential φ(x)and the distribution of temperature U(x). In the current conservation equation, the electrical conductivity coefficient σ(u) depends on the temperature, while the heat equation has the Joule's heating as a source. In this paper, the finite element analysis on the steady problem is considered.
