摘要
本文研究了桑蚕膨松丝的力学性质与理化性能,由于这种新性质生丝能最大限度地保持茧丝原有的卷曲状态,因此具有良好的膨松性与柔软性,可开发作为针织专用丝.桑蚕膨松丝与普通生丝相比,膨松度提高20—30%,伸度提高5%,杨氏模量减少20%.丝胶分子构象中无规卷曲结构高于普通生丝,而丝素的结晶度与取向度均低于普通生丝.
The mechanical, physical and chemical properties of the bulk silk are discussed in this paper,
Since the original crimps of the fiber are mostly preserved. This new type of silk is bulk and soft
and can be for knitting. The bulkness and elongtion of bulk silk are increased and the elastic modu-
lus is decreased. Which results from the more disorder crimp structures in sericin and low crystaliza-
tion and orientation in fibroin of the bulk silk.
