摘要
:人是高校管理中最重要、最活跃的因素 ,是高校管理的动力 ,而管人的关键是调动人的积极性 ,也就是高校管理者运用直接和间接的一切因素激发职工内在潜力的过程 ,而这个过程的实现仅仅依靠行政手段或物质刺激的手段是不够的 ,更重要的是激发职工内在的工作动机。具体做法是深入了解教职工的需要 ,尤其是抓住教职工的优势需要 ,实行需要激励 ;充分发挥激励因素的作用 ,实行动机激励 ;设置恰当的目标 ,实行目标激励 ;正确运用奖惩手段 。
Man is the most important and most active factor among the management of higher school,and the crux of the management is to bring into play the initiave of the staff.For this reason,we couldn't only depend on those administrative orders or material incentives,the most important is to arouse the masses' motives for working ,this is the basic importance of bringing into play the initiave of staff.The excitation mechanism includes four sides,the first is needs exciting,the second is motives exciting,the third is objectives exciting,and the forth is strengthening exciting.
