摘要
班集体的建设和发展依赖于班级群体的凝聚力 ,班集体凝聚力的形成与能否确立集体的共同目标、培养学生的合作精神避免个人竞争的消极影响、促进集体成员多向交往是密切相关的。
The building and development of a class group depends on the group's cohesion of classes and grades in school, whose formation is closely related to the same goal that the group sets, to the fact that the students are trained to have cooperative spirit instead of the negative influence caused by individual competition and to multi communication that the group members are promoted to have with each other. It is a new global tendency for educational reform and development that students should be trained to have collective cohesion and the spirit of unity and cooperation.
