摘要
本文根据非弹性体增韧改性的新观点,以超细CaCO_3为例考察了无机刚性粒子对HDPE的增韧、增强改性规律,并研究了粒子的表面处理、用量、粒径及粒径分布等诸因素对改性效果的影响。结果表明,超细CaCO_3经硬脂酸或A151表面处理后,对HDPE进行填充,其综合力学性能比纯HDPE为佳,且可以进行大量填充。粒径不同的CaCO_3填料混合填充具有协同改性效果,如普通CaCO_3中加入10%超细CaCO_3增韧效果很显着。
According to the new concept of plastics toughening by nonelastic particles, the modification of HDPE with rigid inorganic particles-superfine CaCO_3 was studied. The results showed that the toughenes of HDPE was enhanced by the addition of superfine CaCO_3 which were treated properly; The impact strength of the blend (HDPE/superfine CaCO_3=100/90) was 50% higher than that of pure HDPE; and the mixed CaCO_3 with different diameters had good synergist effects, the impact strength of the modified system was improved clearly. The tensile strength of all the filled systems was increased or decreased slightly.
