摘要
[目的 ]探讨在不同气温下 ,一次性尿液引流袋的使用时限。 [方法 ]对不同气温下的 62例病人一次性尿液引流袋内的尿液进行细菌培养 ,每日1次 ,直至培养结果阳性为止。 [结果 ]气温在 2 8℃以下时 ,培养结果 7d阴性率为 85 .2 % ;气温在 3 0℃~ 3 4℃时 ,培养结果 4d阴性率为 80 .0 % ;气温在 3 6℃以上时 ,培养结果 3d阴性率为 95 .0 %。 [结论 ]气温对一次性尿液引流袋的使用时限有影响 ,在一定范围内 ,气温越高 ,细菌繁殖的机会越多 ,尿袋污染的几率越高 ,安全使用时限越短。应在不同的气温下 ,界定一次性尿液引流袋的使用时限。
Objective: to probe into the time limit of using of d isposable drainag e packs under different air temperatures. Method: urine samples collected from a total of 62 cases used urine drainage packs were cultured of germs under variou s air temperatures once a day, until the results changed into negative. Result: the negative rate of the culturing outcomes for 7 days was 85.2% under 28 ℃ of air temperature, was 80.0% between 30 ℃ to 34 ℃ of air temperature on the four th day, and was 95.0% above 36 ℃ of air temperature on third day of culturing. Con clusion: it showed that air temperature influenced on the time limit of using of disposable drainage packs. To certain degree, the higher of temperature, the ea sier of bacteria multiplication, the higher possibility of urine packs contamina ted, and the shorter of the time limit of using of disposable drainage packs. So the time limit of using of disposable drainage packs should be stipulated accor ding to different air temperature conditions.
