摘要
目的:探讨当归补血汤多糖补血作用机制。方法:实验于2001-04/07在河南中医学院动物实验中心完成,72只实验用Wistar大鼠。用放血与环磷酰胺并用所致大鼠气血双虚模型大鼠为研究对象,大鼠随机分成6组,空白对照组、模型组、当归补血汤多糖水溶液高、中、小剂量组及当归补血口服液组。结果:当归补血汤多糖能显著增加放血与环磷酰胺并用所致大鼠气血双虚模型大鼠胸腺皮质厚度(μm)(模型组、当归补血汤多糖水溶液高、中、小剂量组及当归补血口服液组分别为8.24±4.74,17.45±3.20,19.30±3.82,20.42±4.22,26.38±5.47)、皮质细胞个数(18.5±5.7,26.7±4.6,28.0±5.4,30.4±6.7,30.2±6.8),显著增加脾小叶淋巴细胞数(8.2±4.7,17.5±3.2,19.3±3.8,20.4±4.2,26.4±5.5)。结论:当归补血汤多糖可拮抗模型大鼠胸腺及脾脏的萎缩,拮抗环磷酰胺所致大鼠免疫功能的下降。
AIM:To investigate the mechanism of the effect of danggui buxue tang polysaccharide in nourishing blood. METHODS:The experiment was completed in the Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to July 2001.Totally 72 Wistar rat models with deficiencies of both qi and blood induced by releasing blood and injecting with cyclophosphamide were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank control group,model group,high,middle and low dosage danggui buxue tang polysaccharide solution groups and danggui buxue oral liquid group. RESULTS:Danggui buxue tang polysaccharide could markedly increase the depth of thymic cortex[(8.24±4.74),(17.45±3.20),(19.30±3.82),(20.42±4.22),(26.38±5.47) μm],the number of cortex cells(18.5 ±5.7,26.7±4.6,28.0±5.4,30.4±6.7,30.2±6.8),and the number of spleen lobule lymphocytes(8.2±4.7,17.5±3.2,19.3±3.8,20.4 ±4.2,26.4±5.5) of rat models with deficiencies of both qi and blood induced by releasing blood and injecting with cyclophosphamide in the model group,high,middle and low dosage danggui buxue tang polysaccharide solution groups and danggui buxue oral liquid group respectively. CONCLUSION:Danggui buxue tang polysaccharide can resist the atrophy of thymus and spleen of rat models,and also resist the weakening of the immune function in rats induced by cyclophosphamide.
