摘要
目的:研究原发性高血压患者肱动脉内皮功能与高敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivityC-reactiveprotein,hsCRP)的关系。方法:选择104例原发性高血压患者,男54例,女50例。应用B超声对所有病例肱动脉进行扫查,检测在静息、反应性充血时对肱动脉内径进行检测。用免疫学方法测定血液中hcCRP的浓度。结果:加压充血后,肱动脉管径平均扩增率(Flow-MD)高血压组犤(7.06±1.02)%犦低于对照组犤(16.50±1.09)%犦(P<0.01);Flow-MD与hsCRP呈负相关(r=-0.693,P<0.001)。结论:高血压患者血液中hsCRP浓度增高与动脉内皮细胞功能受损关系密切。
AIM:To probe into relationship between endothelial function of brachial artery and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) in patients with essential hypertension(EH). METHODS:Totally 104 EH patients aged(56±4) years were selected,including 54 males and 50 females.B-mode ultrasound was applied to scan brachial arteries of all patients.The bore of brachial arteries during at rest and reactive hyperemia caused by endothelium-dependent dilatation was measured and checked.The level of hsCRP in blood was determined with immunology method. RESULTS:After compression and hyperemia,the rate of flow-mediated dilatation(Flow-MD) was(7.06±1.02)%in the EH group,significantly lower than the control group[(16.50±1.09)%](P< 0.01);Flow-MD was negatively correlated with hsCRP(r=-0.693, P< 0.001). CONCLUSION:There is a close relation between the increase of hsCRP in blood and arterial endothelial function in patients with hypertension.
