摘要
钙超载是心肌细胞损伤的重要因素。心肌细胞钙超载可见于缺血 -再灌注心肌损伤、病毒感染性心肌损伤、左室重构以及心力衰竭等。近年来发现中药具有心肌保护作用 ,其作用机制较为复杂。本文综述了中药对钙超载心肌损伤保护作用的研究进展。
One of important factors which causes cardiac myocyte injury is intracellular calcium overload, which may occur in ischemia and reperfusion cardiac myocyte injury, cardiac myocyte injury for virus infection, left ventricular remodeling,or heart failure, etc. Recent studies have discovered that the chinese traditional medicine can protect cardiac myocytes through complex mechanisms. One of them may be through avoiding or mitigating intracellular calcium overload. This paper reviewed the study progress on this domain.
