摘要
目的研究无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤的MR、CT检查价值。方法对70例无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤的MR、CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤多发生在C3-5节段,其病理改变以水肿为主,急性期MRI表现为T1WI等信号T2WI高信号,慢性期表现为T1WI低信号,T2WI高信号。结论MR检查能发现无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤的细微病理改变。
Objective To study MR?CT value in cervical cord injury without fracture and dislocation. Methods MR?CT evaluation were done in 70 patients with cervical cord injury without fracture and dislocation. Results The injury occurred mostly in C3-5 level, the main pathological change was cervical cord edema. In acute phase, MR showed In chronic phase, MR showed low signal intensity on T1WI and high signal intensity on T2WI. Conclusions MR could find the minimal pathological change of cervical cord injury without fracture and dislocation.
