摘要
通过总黄酮显色处理后在 5 10nm下的比色 ,分析了麦冬果实不同生长期总黄酮含量的动态变化 ;同时 ,采用索氏法对微波提取麦冬果实中总黄酮工艺进行了研究。结果表明 :麦冬果实总黄酮含量随果实生长趋向成熟末期而波动 ,但总的含量是趋于增加且存在2个产黄酮高峰期 ;影响总黄酮微波辅助提取工艺的主要因素是提取介质和温度 ,微波前处理有助于总黄酮快速提取。
The dynamic change of the total flavone content in Ophiopogon japonicus fruits was measured by the method of spectrophotometric colorimetry at 510 nm. The results showed a fluctuation in the increasing concentration of total flavone in Ophiopogon japonicus fruits with ripening, and two peak concentrations were detected. The main factors affecting the microwave-assisted extraction included the type of extracting solvents used and temperature, and pre-microwave treatments facilitated rapid extraction of total flavone.
