摘要
本文在技术广义界定的基础上,给出了广义技术世界概念,剖析了技术系统与广义技术世界的基本结构,并归纳出了广义技术世界演进的五条基本规律。笔者认为,广义技术世界是以人工物技术形态为纽结,以流程技术形态为纽带,而编织起来的一个分层次、分领域、开放的立体巨型网络体系。技术世界的形成和发展经历了一个漫长的过程,它的演进是有规律的。
Based on the broad definition of technology, this article provides concept of the world of broad technology, analyzes the essential structure of technological system and the world of broad technology, and concludes five basic laws about the world of broad technology evolvement. I think, the world of broad technology is a huge layered opening stereoscopic netlike system, which is weaved with artifical thing technology as knot, Procedure technology as tie. The forming and development of technological world are a long course, its evolvement is regular.
