摘要 关注并保障生态脆弱地区土地生态环境安全是实现区域土地资源可持续利用的基础。在生态脆弱地区土地生态环境系统因素分析的基础上,提出了区域土地生态环境安全的概念和研究的理论基础。在研究技术与方法上提出了应用RS与GIS—EIS耦合技术进行评价、预警、仿真和优化,从而构成生态脆弱地区土地生态环境安全研究的完整体系。 Paying attention to and ensuring the security of terrestrial ecology in ecologically vulnerable areas are essential to realizing sustainable utilization of regional land resources. The concept and theoretical basis of securing regional terrestrial ecology in ecologically vulnerable areas are advanced on the basis of analyzing factors of the ecological management system. A new method, based on remote sensing (RS) and geographical information systems-environmental impact systems (GIS-EIS) and involving evaluation, precaution, simulation and optimization of the system, is advanced. The final result of the research is a comprehensive system for terrestrial ecology management in ecologically vulnerable areas, which contributes to progress in the field of securing regional ecological environments.
