摘要
对上海 13户居民住宅气密性能进行了实测调查 ,结果表明近年来随着建筑技术的发展 ,住宅的气密性能有了较大的提高。根据简易算法对住宅的自然通风量进行了预测 ,换气量根本无法达到相关的标准规定。
Based on the field measurements of airtight performance in thirteen residential buildings in Shanghai,the results indicate that,with the development of the architecture technology,the airtight performance of the new bulidings increases greatly.According to the rule of thumb,the quantity of the natural ventilation cannot meet the requirement of specifications.How to improve the indoor air quality is an important question though the passive ventilation.
