摘要
利用脉冲微反装置研究了铝硼复合柱联膨润土(Al-B-CLB)上1.3.5——三甲苯转化反应行为,考察了催化剂经高温处理及反应条件对产物分布的影响。结合吡啶吸附红外数据,说明A1-B-CLB中以L酸为主。B元素的引入,在提高反应活性的同时,歧化选择性由48.5%增加到58.1%,并且保持均四甲苯在四甲苯异构体中占的百分数在80%以上。
The conversion of 1.3.5——trimethylbenzene on Al-B-CLB
(Al-B-Cross Linked Bentonite ) was carried out at atmospheric pressure in a pulse reaction system.The effect of both the high temperature treatment and different reaction conditions on product distribution were discussed.By the data of pyridine adsorbed infrared,it was shown that L acid was mainly found in Al-B-CLB. The insertion of B into CLB enhanced the catalytic activity and selectivity of disporprotionation ( from 48.5% to 58.1%). Al-B-CLB gave a higher selectivity for 1.2.4.5-rtetramethyl-
benzene formation. The fraction of 1.2.4.5——TeMB in TeMB isomers re
mained above 80%.
