摘要
本文提出了一种从煤矸石制聚合氯化铝(PAC)的新方法——用活化的煤矸石作为盐基度调整剂,并研究了酸浸液的浓度、初始盐基度以及调整反应的温度、时间等因素对盐基度调整过程的影响,从而找出盐基度调整的最佳条件。
In this paper,a new method of preparing polyaluminum chloride from gangue——the hot-activated gangue used as an agent of adjustingbasicity is put forward.The influences of the aluminum ion concentration, the initial basicity,temperature, operating time, etc. in the process of adjusting basicity are studied. Thus the optimum condition for the process of adjusting basicity with activated gangue is found.
