摘要
目的 :观察加减地黄饮子对实验性痴呆大鼠的防治作用。方法 :凝聚态Aβ1 - 40 直接定向注射右侧海马CA1 区造成AD大鼠模型 ,以大鼠跳台实验检测各组大鼠学习记忆行为 ,测定脑组织中SOD活性、MDA及脂褐素含量 ,光镜观察海马病理变化。结果 :加减地黄饮子可以通过清除自由基 ,提高抗氧化能力 ,改善细胞的退化、变性程度 ,提高Aβ致痴呆鼠的学习记忆能力。结论 :加减地黄饮子可以通过影响自由基水平对老年性痴呆大鼠有一定的防治作用。
Objective :To investigate protective effects of Jiajian Dihuang Yinzi on the model rats of Alzheimer′s Disease. Methods :Aβ 1-40 was injected into ringht side of the hippocampus CA 1 to make AD models.The test of rat jump platform was used to determine the ability of learning and memory,the activity of xuperoxide dismutase and the content of malondialdehyde and lipofuscin in the brain were determined.The pathological changes of hippocampus was observed through microscope. Results :Jiajian Dihuang Yinzi was able to improve the activity of superoxide dismutase,decrease the content of malondialdehyde and lipofuscin,reform the extent of degeneration and denaturalization of cell and improve the ability of learning and memory induced by β amyloid. Conclusion :Jiajian Dihuang Yinzi may have preventive and therapeutic effects through influencing the free radical levels on rats with AD.
