摘要
目的 观察枢椎侧弓上滋养血管孔的分布。方法 观察测量 5 8例干燥标本 ,CT扫描 8例新鲜标本 ,了解滋养血管孔的分布。结果 干燥标本左右侧分别有 37 93% (2 2 /5 8)、2 7 5 9% (16 /5 8)在横突孔内界外皮质上存在滋养血管孔。新鲜标本 4例左侧横突孔内界外皮质上存在滋养血管孔。双侧峡部各有 1例滋养血孔穿透峡部内侧或外侧骨皮质进入侧弓内。结论 部分枢椎侧弓上存在滋养血管孔造成侧弓先天性骨皮质缺损 ,使得依据探测四壁是否完整来判定钉道是否破坏不可靠。
Objective To observe the distribution of nourishing vessel entrance on lateral arch of C 2.Methods Fifty-eight dry C 2 vertebrae were obtained to observe the distribution of nourishing vessel entrance on lateral arch. Thin-slice CT scan were obtained on eight fresh C 2 vertebrae specimen to validate the data obtained from dry ones.Results Nourishing vessel entrance existed on 37.93%(22/58)/27.59%(16/58)of left/right lateral cortex of medial border of transverse foreman of 58 dry samples and on 50%(4/8) of left lateral cortex of medial border of transverse foreman of 8 fresh samples. One nourishing vessel entrance existed on lateral cortex of left isthmus of one fresh sample and another one existed on medial cortex of right isthmus of another fresh sample. Conclusion It is the existence of entrances of nourishing vessel at the lateral arch of C 2 that makes the lateral or medial cortex of lateral arch inherent incomplete, which causes the method of estimating the correction of screw orientation by tracing the integrity of lateral arch(screw path) questionable. While performing screw fixation, one should distinguish breakage of nourishing artery from the damage of main stem of vertebral artery.
