摘要
本文运用r_逆→M相变时吸收大量应变能及汽蚀裂纹同r_逆相遇的几率之观点,从微观上对六组不同r_逆含量的OCr13Ni4Mo钢试样的汽蚀试验结果进行了分析,认为,OCr13Ni4Mo钢抗汽蚀性能的优劣取决于钢中r_逆的含量、形态及分布;在适当的热处理工艺下,该钢可获得最佳的抗汽蚀破坏性能。
Apply the point of a large number of energy is absorbed by in vertible austenite, when it changes to martensite; and probability of cavitation crackle meeting with invertible austenite, to analyzes, this paper in microcsmos, anlysies the Cavitation test results of six groups of different content of invertible austenite to OCr13Ni4Mo steel.Author believes that cavitation resistance of OCr13Ni4Mo steel depends on the content, form and distribution of its invertible austenite, and this steel can obtain optimum cavitation resistance with an appropriate heat teatment.
