摘要
目的探讨内科护理学教学中激发护生情感的方法,以提高教学质量。方法2002届护理专业(1)班学生76人采用精设悬念、形象比喻、鼓励参与、以姿助讲、情景演示、见缝插例等激发情感教学方法作为实验组,(2)班学生71人采用传统教学方法,作为对照组。结果两组护生毕业统考考试成绩:实验组成绩为(79.3±10.8)分,对照组成绩(72.1±10.6)分,t=4.1299,P=0.0001;实验组考试成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。护生对本课程教学效果评价实验组平均秩和值为61.9474,对照组平均秩和值为86.9014,u=3.7399,P=0.0002。结论内科护理学教学中激发护生情感的教学方法能活跃课堂气氛,促使护生积极主动地学习,教学效果好,明显提高教学质量。
Objective To discuss the method of arousing nursing students' emotion in medial nursing teaching in order to improve the teaching quality. Methods In control and experiment group, the traditional teaching method and the method of arousing nursing students' emotion were adopted respectively. Results There were significant differences in the scores of the graduation general examination and the students' evaluation of teaching effect between two groups. Conclusion In the medical nursing teaching, the method of arousing the students' emotion can inspire the class atmosphere, promote students into active study, have good teaching effect and improve teaching quality obviously.
