摘要
目的 检测沙棘籽渣中总黄酮苷元含量。方法 沙棘籽渣甲醇提取物酸水解后用HPLC测定 ,以甲醇 水 (6 0∶4 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 36 8nm ,流速为 1 0mL·min-1;结果 每 10 0g沙棘籽渣中槲皮素、山奈素、异鼠李素的含量分别为 18 5 8,12 2 5 0 ,2 7 6 4mg ,回收率分别为 99 4 7% ,10 3 70 % ,98 5 1% ,结论 用该方法测定沙棘籽渣的黄酮苷元含量具有简单、准确。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of total flavonoid aglycone in seabuckthorn seed residues. METHODS: The contents of flavonoid aglycones were detected by HPLC after methanol extract of seabuckthorn seed residues was hydrolyzed. The mobile phase consisted of Methanol-H2O (60:40). The detection wavelength was at 368 nm and the flow rate was at 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS: The contents of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhmnetin were 18.58, 122.50 and 27.64 mg in 100 g seabuckthorn seed residues respectively. The recoverys of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhmnetin were 99.47%, 103.70% and 98.51%, respectively. CONCLUSION: This method was simple, accurate and rapid. seed residues of.
