摘要
以不同基因型草莓花药为试材,建立草莓细胞悬浮系,研究结果表明:悬浮培养初期的褐化程度和褐化恢复的快慢可作为判别建成稳定悬浮细胞系的一个重要指标,并采用分步培养法获得了明旭的植株再生。
In this experiment,suspension cell lines were established with different genotypes of anther. The brown degree and the speed of renewal inflenced the establishment of suspesion cells.The regeneration plants of Mingxu were gained through the path of organ generation.
