摘要
目的 研究乙型肝炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化及其临床意义。方法 对 14 0例乙型肝炎患者和 64例健康者 ,采用特异性荧光抗体标记、流式细胞仪检测T淋巴细胞亚群的改变。结果 与正常对照组比较 ,慢性肝炎、肝炎肝硬变、慢性重型肝炎患者外周血CD3 + 、CD4+ 、CD8+ 及CD4+ /CD8+ 比值均有显著性下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,以肝炎肝硬变下降最显著 ,急性乙型肝炎T细胞亚群数量和比值变化不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。HBVDNA(+ )与HBVDNA( )患者外周血T细胞亚群数量和比值变化比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 乙型肝炎病毒感染后机体T淋巴细胞功能低下主要见于慢性病毒感染状态 ,其下降程度与病毒复制水平无明显关系。
Objective To study the change of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with hepatitis B.Methods 140 patients with hepatitis B hospitalized from 2002 to 2004 and 64 cases of healthy subjects were investigated and the change of T lymhocyte subsets were counted by flow cytometer.Results The counts of T lymphocyte subsets CD3 +?CD4 +?CD8 + and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + in patients with chronic hepatitis B posthepatitic cirrhosis?chronic severe hepatitis were significantly lower than that in the healthy subjects(P<a0.05a).The change in posthepatitic cirrhosis group was the most significant,and there was no significant change in acute hepatitis B patient group(p>a0.05).The count of peripheral T lymphocyte subsets in patients with HBV DNA(+)and patients with HBV DNA(-)was not significantly different (P>a0.05).Conclusion The changes of T lympocyte subsets in patients with hepatitis B exist and is not correlated with viral replication.
