摘要
研究了高铁含量AISi合金在不同条件下的铁相形态和性能。结果表明,经加入锰元素或高温过热处理,初生铁相由粗大计片状变为细小短片状、多面体状、汉字状和颗粒状。机械性能明显提高,铸造性能也相应改善。文中还对铁相改态前后合金的断裂方式进行了分析。
Iron phase morphology and properties of Al-Si alloys containing night Fe Content at different conditions were investigated. It was shown that the appearance of primary iron phase was changed from coarse needle-plate form to fine short plate, polyhedron, Chinese script and granular form after Mn addition or high temperature superheat treatment. The mechanical property and castability of the alloys were obviously increased and improved respectively. The fracture model of the alloys with modified and unmodified iron phase was also analyzed
