摘要
用喷雾热解法制备TiO2超亲水薄膜。用X射线衍射和扫镜电镜测试所得样品的微观结构和表面形貌。深入探讨了喷雾热解法的成膜机理。在反应先驱体经过雾化、沉积、铺展、凝胶、成核以及生长等一系列过程后形成薄膜。在薄膜形成过程中,雾化液滴到达基板表面的分散度直接影响薄膜的微观结构。薄膜亲水性能测试结果表明:平整均匀的薄膜表面有利于水的铺展。
Transparent TiO2 thin films were prepared by spray pyrolysis deposition and the crystalline structure and surface morphology of the TiO2 films obtained were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The formation mechanism of the thin films prepared by spray pyrolysis was discussed. The TiO2 thin films were formed after the process of pulverization, deposition, gelation, nucleation, and growth. The dispersion degree of spay droplets on the surface of base plate has direct influence on the films morphology. Measured results for hydrophilicity show that the smooth and homogenous surfaces of the TiO2 film are favorable for water spreading.
