摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)、聚醚二元醇(N210)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为主要原 料,合成聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(PUA)复合乳液,研究了DMPA不同加料方式和含量时的乳液性能和相行为变化。实验 结果表明,DMPA加料方式及含量对乳液外观、贮存稳定性、力学性能、吸水率、相转变等均有重要影响。
Polyurethane-acrylate (PUA) compounded emulsion was synthesized with toluene diisocyanate (TDI-80), polyether binary alcohol (N210), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) used as main raw materials. Studies were made of the changes of performance and phase behavior of PUA emulsion when different DMPA feed ways and contents were adopted. Testing results proved that DMPA feeding and contents exerted significant effects on outward appearance, storage stability, mechanical properties, hygroscopic coefficient and phase inversion behavior of PUA emulsion.
