摘要
分别研究了金属镧和中、重稀土对含铅硅青铜的铸态组织、流动性、耐磨性和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,适量稀土可以细化合金的铸态组织,大大改善合金中铅的偏析。标准螺旋形试样长度增加250~465mm,磨损量减少38%~55%,腐蚀量减少40%~50%。
The effects of La and middle or heavy rare earth elements on the Cast structure, the fluidity, the wearability and corrosion resistance of the Pb-contained silicon bronze have been investigated. The results have shown that a propen content of rare earth elements is able to refine the cast structure of the alloy, to improve the distribution of Pb in the alloy, and furthermore, to enhance its wearability and corrosion resistance.
