摘要
提出了一种新型的非金属温度传感器———石墨纤维热电偶 ,并对该传感器的特性、加工方式、应用环境进行了分析。设计了温度传感器的放大、滤波、模数转换、数字化处理的硬件电路 ,并采用分段曲线拟合方法对传感器的非线性进行了校正 ,从而使传感器在较大的测量区间内具有良好的可靠性。从理论上分析 ,该传感器测量温度高达 30 0 0℃以上 ,解决了高温环境下钢水温度的连续测量问题。
A new nonmetal temperature sensor-graphite fiber thermoelectric couple is put forward in the paper,and the characteristics of the sensor,machining manner,and application environment are presented.The hardware circuit of the sensor including magnifying,filtering, analog to digital transducer and digital processing are designed.The method of subsection curve drafting is adopted to correct the non-linearity of sensor.Therefore the sensor has good reliability in larger temperature detection area.From the theoretical standpoint,the measurement temperature of the sensor is as high as 3 000 ℃,so the continuous measurement for molten steel temperature is possible.
