摘要
目的研究偏斜淫羊藿(Epimediumtruncatum)的化学成分。方法偏斜淫羊藿地上部分95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部分和正丁醇部分进行柱色谱分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果从偏斜淫羊藿的地上部分中分离得到8种已知成分,分别为宝藿苷Ⅱ(Ⅰ),金丝桃苷(Ⅱ),淫羊藿苷C(Ⅲ),齐墩果酸(Ⅳ),宝藿苷Ⅲ(Ⅴ),宝藿苷Ⅴ(Ⅵ),淫羊藿苷A(Ⅶ)和山奈素3双鼠李糖苷(Ⅷ)。结论以上化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents of Epimedium truncatum. METHODS: The constituents of the EtOAc-soluble and ButOH-soluble portions of the 95% ethanol extracted from the aerial part of Epimedium truncatum were isolated and purified by means of chromatography. These compounds were identified by their physical characteristics and spectral feature. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as baohuoside II (I), hyperin (II), epimedoside-C (III), oleanolic acid (IV), baohuoside III (V), baohuoside V (VI), epimedoside-A (VII) and kaempferol-3-dirhamnoside (VIII), respectively. CONCLUSION: All compounds were isolated from Epimedium truncatum for the first time.
