摘要
目的研究山蒟(PiperhanceiMaxim)藤茎的化学成分,为阐明其有效成分提供依据。方法利用硅胶、聚酰胺柱色谱进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据(IR,UV,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR)鉴定其结构。结果从其醋酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为Np香豆酰酪胺(Ⅰ),N反式阿魏酰酪胺(Ⅱ),马蔸铃内酰胺AⅢa(Ⅲ),马蔸铃内酰胺AⅡ(Ⅳ),香草酸(Ⅴ),藜芦酸(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constitutents in the stem of Piper hancei Maxim for obtaining a more comprehensive understanding on its effective components. METHODS: Compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel and polyamide, whose structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extract. Their structures were identified as: N-p-coumaroyltyramine (I), N-trans-feruloyltyramine (II), aristololactams A III a(III), aristololactams A II (IV), vallnic acid (V), veratric acid (VI) and daucosterol (VII). CONCLUSION: Compounds I-IV and VII-IX were isolated from the plant for the first time.
