摘要
采用Ti-Ce,Ti-Al合金靶,利用电弧离子镀技术在高速钢基底上制备Ti-Al-Ce-N涂层,研究了Ce及Al对TiN系涂层的界面结合强度的影响,同时辅以显微硬度、抗氧化特性的测定,结合TiN涂层的组织结构,讨论了Al、Ce对TiN系涂层的改性。试验表明:TiN涂层中添加微量Ce和Al,可以明显改善膜基结合强度,并且有助于形成(111)和(222)择优取向,使膜层致密提高抗氧化能力。
Ti-Al-Ce-N coating is deposited by multi arc ion plating using the Ti-Ce and Ti-Al alloy targets. The effect of Ce and Al on adhesion between Ti-N coating and substrate are studied. The microstructures and composition of Ti-N coatings are also measured by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique. It is found that addition of suitable amount of Ce and Al to Ti-N coatings can produce relatively optimized properties such as adhesion, oxidation resistance .The experimental results also show that the added Ce and Al in Ti-N coatings make a contribution to form the preferred direction along with a (111) or (222) close packed face, which can be one of the reasons that improve some properties mentioned above.
