摘要
胶囊型自修复智能复合材料的研制近年来已成为非常活跃的研究课题。在复合材料中预埋入内含粘结剂的微胶囊颗粒,当复合材料内部产生微裂纹时,处于裂纹扩展前沿的微胶囊在裂纹扩展力的作用下破裂,释放出粘接剂,把裂纹面粘接在一起,阻止裂纹的进一步扩展,从而实现材料的自修复功能。
Recently it has been a very active research subject to develop capsuling self-repairing smart com- posites.Microcapsules containing adhesive agent are previously embedded into composites.When there is a micro- crack inside the composites,the microeapsules,which are on the front part of the crack,will be broken under the crack propagating force,releasing adhesive agent to cure the crack.This can prohibit the further development of the crack,thus the self-repairing function of the composites is achieved.
