摘要 目的 探讨多因素的强化治疗对于新诊断的 2型糖尿病患者代谢综合征的疗效。方法 以平行、开放、前瞻性研究对 117例新诊断的 2型糖尿病患者给予强化血压、血脂、血糖以及抗血小板聚集的治疗。观察治疗前、后代谢综合征各组分的变化。结果 强化治疗 1年后,糖化血红蛋白、收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油水平均显著下降。符合美国国家胆固醇教育计划成人治疗组第三次指南标准的代谢综合征患者从基线时的 32. 5%降至 18. 3%。肥胖指数及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL C)无明显改善。结论 多因素的强化治疗可显著改善 2型糖尿病患者的代谢综合征,但以目前的治疗措施,针对中心性肥胖和HDL C的改善作用有限。 Objective To investigate the effect of intensive treatment on metabolic syndrome among newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods This is a open, parallel, prospective study among 117 newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Intensive treatment on blood glucose, blood pressure and lipids together with anti-platelet therapy were given. The changes of metabolic syndrome was observed before and after one year intensive treatment. Results After one year intensive treatment, HbA1c, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and triglyceride were significantly decreased. Those who had been diagnosed as having metabolic syndrome according to NCEP-ATPIII decreased from 32.5% to 18.3%. But improvement of obesity and HDL-C were not significant. Conclusion Multifactorial intensive treatment may improve the metabolic syndrome of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients, but the improvement on central obesity and HDL-C is limited.
